Following a well thought out, structured number of sets and repetitions, you’ll begin creating your perfect curves in all the right places, while burning fat at the same time.
Strength & Curve
4 sessions a week for 4 weeks
Now you’re ready for increasing your exercise volume and adding shapely muscle to your glutes, hamstrings, thighs, lower back and core.
Now you’ll be using specific muscle group circuits to ramp up the intensity and results. Intensity is key here and this phase is designed to force your body into change, build more curves and experience results you can see in the mirror.
Form is critical if you want to get the best possible results from your workouts and what better way than actually watching an expert performing these exercises, as many times as you need on video?
